HI I'M JUSTINE

And I help ambitious women reclaim their time — without burning out in the process.

I know what it's like to be highly capable and completely overwhelmed at the same time. Full diary, doing everything right, and still feeling behind by Wednesday.

Here's what I figured out: it's not a discipline problem. It's a system problem. And that's actually the best news you'll hear all week, because systems can be built.

HOW IT ALL STARTED...

Being good at your job doesn't protect you from overwhelm. Took me longer than I'd like to admit to learn that.

I've spent over a decade leading a healthcare team in a high-pressure clinical environment, finished an MBA, and started building something of my own on the side — all at the same time. I wasn't winging it. I had the skills, the drive, the plans. And I was still exhausted.

The systems I tried looked good in theory. They just didn't survive contact with my actual life.

So I built my own. That framework became Rhythm & Flow School. And if you're here, I think you're ready to stop fitting yourself into someone else's system and build one that actually works for you.

I can fold a fitted sheet perfectly. Not metaphorically. Actually perfectly. Martha Stewart taught me and I've never looked back. It's become a party trick that says a lot about how my brain works.

We share our home with a Bengal cat named Jamila who has her own brand partnerships, a dedicated bird-watching spot on the deck, and a morning fetch routine she enforces without fail. Yes, fetch. She's a lot

My morning non-negotiables are coffee, skincare, and playing fetch with Jamila. In that order. Every single day. The woman who teaches you to protect your time is also held hostage by a cat.

I crochet. Badly at first, now surprisingly well. There's something about creating order from a single thread that feels very on brand. Also it's the part of the day my brain fully switches off and my muscle memory kicks in.

I don't actually think everyone needs to slow down. Some people thrive on motion. Some crave stillness. The goal isn't less busy — it's making sure what fills your days is filling your cup, not draining it.

My husband is 20 years older than me, which means I skipped straight past motherhood and into grandparenting. Turns out I'm extremely good at it. Zero regrets, maximum baby snuggles.

I'd love to get to know you too!
